You'll help architect responsive websites, portals, kiosks, mobile apps, eCommerce journeys, and CMS implementations, grounding every solution in strong UX principles and collaborating fluidly with creative and development teams in an iterative, agile environment.

If you're passionate about making digital experiences simpler, smarter, and more human-especially as they evolve with AI and new interaction models-we'd love to hear from you. Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods such as journey mapping, persona development, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing
  • Lead or contribute to stakeholder interviews, workshops, UX audits (including AI-readiness evaluations), user testing and research synthesis
  • Define and evolve information architecture, including content hierarchies, structured content planning, and navigation strategy
  • Create key UX deliverables such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and low-fidelity prototypes
  • Contribute to the design of AI-first experiences, including prompt journeys, GPT discovery flows, and conversational UIs
  • Design conversion-optimized experiences, including eCommerce flows, PLPs/PDPs, and filtering or cart functionality
  • Advocate for accessibility, mobile-responsiveness, and usability best practices across all deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and engagement teams to ensure seamless alignment across strategy, design, and implementation
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to UX strategy and deliverables for proposals and RFP responses
  • Help shape Arke's UX practice, contributing to internal standards, methodologies, and innovation initiatives

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in digital-first environments
  • 8+ years of experience architecting digital experiences across platforms and devices
  • Proven expertise in wireframing, journey mapping, user flows, and UI prototyping
  • Comfortable interpreting and synthesizing research, user testing, and behavioral data into actionable UX solutions
  • Working knowledge of Figma, MIRO, or similar prototyping and collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive frameworks; an understanding of how designs translate into front-end development
  • Exposure to structured content models and CMS-driven experiences
  • Interest in emerging technologies and interfaces-experience with GPTs, voice UIs, or AI-enhanced experiences is a strong plus
  • Bonus: Understanding of visual design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, layout, grid systems)
