About The Role

As the Graphic Designer, you will be helping us design emails, websites, direct mail flyers, catalogs, social media ads and create engaging content that takes the consumer through the exploration and purchase process for Rhone. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at any given time. You will work within a team environment that is heavily focused on collaboration to stay on target with strategy and quality standards. What You'll Do

  • Elevate and evolve the Rhone brand across multiple platforms including digital and print

  • Stay up to date with current design trends across digital and print

  • Manage and coordinate all design requests from internal and external sources

  • Maintain regular communication and provide status updates to the Art Director

  • Conceptualize and create materials for all channels (direct, wholesale, and retail) including banners, window graphics, in store signage, etc.

  • Conceptualize and create materials for sponsorships and events including banners, posters, signage, etc.

  • Assist the marketing team in the creation of marketing e-mail content

  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects

  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs and support the success of the team.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design competency

  • 1+ years of web design experience with emphasis in e-commerce strongly preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Experience with Adobe XD preferred

  • Web prototyping experience strongly preferred

  • Image retouching experience strongly preferred

  • Video editing experience is a plus

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with other designers, developers, and other team members
