• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that meet clients' specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and personal insight among participants.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care, ensuring all aspects of a client's needs are addressed.
• Engage in continuous professional education to remain current with the latest mental health practices and research advancements.

You will work with clients attending therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties, making a significant impact in their pathway to recovery.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) issued in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in client assessment and therapy.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical frameworks governing mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded.
• Prior experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload.
