• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions while utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions, ensuring patient-centric care and maintaining a supportive atmosphere.
• Keep detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and high levels of confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous personal and professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practice.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will play a critical role in delivering culturally competent care, adjusting your therapeutic approach based on individual client needs and histories.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is necessary, ideally in a mental health environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization or significant experience in family systems therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction counseling is highly favored.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes within the Philadelphia area to aid client support and engagement.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, contingent upon experience and caseload.
