Bright Vision Technologies is a forward‐thinking software development company dedicated to building innovative solutions that help businesses automate and optimize their operations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.

The role focuses on hands‐on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions, while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade‐safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover. Key Responsibilities Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.

Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate. Write clean, well‐tested server‐side and client‐side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions). Develop scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global‐scope pollution.

Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers. Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end‐to‐end fulfillment automation that simplify how users request services and ensure each request is routed, approved, and executed reliably end‐to‐end. Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences using widgets and AngularJS.

Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, identification rules, and data quality improvements. Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics where required, ensuring stakeholders have the operational visibility they need to monitor service performance and make informed decisions. Participate in design reviews, contribute to platform standards, and document technical decisions.

Support upgrades, regression testing, and remediation of customizations across releases. Troubleshoot performance, scripting, and integration issues across development, test, and production instances, applying systematic root‐cause analysis and contributing durable fixes back to the platform. Collaborate with admins, BAs, and stakeholders to refine requirements and propose pragmatic technical solutions.

Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and emerging best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Five or more years of hands‐on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow. Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies. Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Hands‐on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts. Experience with Service Portal widget development.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM). Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller. Familiarity with App Engine Studio.

Exposure to multi‐instance ServiceNow environments. Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits. 100% remote, full‐time direct W2 position.
