Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions with individuals, guiding them through their mental health journeys via video calls.
• Assess clients' psychological needs during initial consultations to develop clear and personalized treatment plans designed to address their specific challenges.
• Continuously monitor client progress by evaluating their responses to therapeutic interventions and refining treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all documentation is accurate, timely, and adheres to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals as needed, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to client care and treatment outcomes.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards throughout all phases of therapy, guaranteeing confidentiality and promoting client safety at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing individual therapy is strongly preferred; familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster a connection with clients.
• Ability to work independently while remaining an effective contributor to a collaborative team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
