As we expend, we are seeking an Office Administrator to support operations.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth administrative processes across the company, with a strong emphasis on financial coordination and experience using QuickBooks. While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-person support at our North New Jersey office will be required on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative operations in a remote environment
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams on invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting
  • Organize company documentation, contracts, and compliance records
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and employee administrative support
  • Provide in-office administrative support at the North New Jersey location as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for general operational inquiries
  • Help improve and implement administrative processes and systems
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Proven experience using QuickBooks (required)
