At TeleMed2U, we believe that time is the most valuable resource in healthcare— whether it is time to diagnosis, time to treatment, or time to better health. That is why, since our founding in 2011, we have been dedicated to increasing access to care across 20 medical and behavioral health specialties nationwide. By breaking down traditional barriers to specialty care, TeleMed2U has become a leading technology-enabled healthcare services company, delivering high-quality, convenient, and easy-to-access virtual healthcare solutions. Our integrated approach to chronic disease management empowers both patients and providers, improving health outcomes through seamless care coordination. With a focus on patient-centered innovation, provider collaboration, and data-driven care delivery, TeleMed2U is redefining specialty care—making it faster, simpler, and more accessible for all.

  • Manage chronic autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including medication management and treatment monitoring
  • Conduct follow-up visits and longitudinal care for established patients
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), as applicable
  • Document all patient encounters accurately and timely within the EMR
  • Collaborate with other specialists and care team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Maintain compliance with TeleMed2U clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Completed fellowship training in Rheumatology
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
  • Active, unrestricted CA medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred)
  • DEA license in good standing
  • Experience or interest in APP supervision
  • Comfortable providing care in a telehealth environment
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care

Benefits of Working with TeleMed2U

  • Full-Time (FTE) role with 37 clinical hours per week
  • 100% remote telehealth practice
  • Competitive base salary
  • Quarterly bonus opportunity based on RVUs, patient satisfaction (NPS), and defined performance KPIs
  • KPI details provided post start date
  • Malpractice coverage provided
  • Administrative and clinical support to reduce non-clinical workload
  • Established telehealth infrastructure and technology
  • Opportunity to expand access to specialty rheumatology care nationwide
