Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings via telehealth to understand patient needs and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Deliver short-term individual counseling sessions to patients grappling with various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops, addressing specific topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development, thereby enhancing community support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff and community service providers, to ensure holistic patient care and connect patients with necessary resources.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, raising awareness through virtual wellness events and educational campaigns focusing on mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of professional integrity.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a hospital or community health clinic setting is highly desirable.
