Job Summary
The Sr IT Project Manager plans, coordinates, and drives execution of IT initiatives across mSupply’s technology portfolio. Sitting within the IT Delivery organization, this role ensures IT projects and IT workstreams within enterprise initiatives are delivered predictably, transparently, and with clear accountability across application development, ERP, data platform, infrastructure, and security.
Job Duties amp; Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute IT projects and workstreams across the full technology portfolio, including ERP migrations, data platform initiatives, infrastructure programs, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and resource alignment in coordination with IT Delivery leadership.
  • Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies through standardized status reporting and portfolio tooling (Wrike).
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise PMO to ensure IT workstreams align to overall program plans, milestones, and governance expectations on enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Analysts, ERP Analysts, and technical leads to ensure scope, requirements, and dependencies are clearly defined before execution begins.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and sequencing across engineering, data, infrastructure, and operations to minimize delivery risk.
  • Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation plans, and escalate material tradeoffs through IT Delivery leadership with clear options and a recommendation.
  • Enforce scope discipline and change management practices that protect delivery commitments without blocking legitimate pivots.
  • Maintain accurate delivery artifacts including plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews that meet IT Delivery standards.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management or delivery coordination roles.
  • Experience managing cross-functional IT initiatives in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills with the ability to hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving clarity where it doesn’t yet exist.
Preferred
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, data platforms, and infrastructure services.
  • Experience using work management and delivery tooling such as Wrike, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
  • Project management or Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
  • Background in wholesale distribution, supply chain, or multi-location operational environments.
  • Experience or demonstrated ability using AI-powered tools (e.g., AI-assisted project tracking, summarization, or workflow automation) to improve delivery efficiency.
Physical Demands amp; Work Environment
This is a full-time position. Duties are primarily performed in an office or remote work environment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through virtual collaboration tools
  • Occasional standing, walking, and movement during meetings or travel
