• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and diagnoses using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans.
• Deliver effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve defined mental health outcomes.
• Document all treatment records, reports, and clinical data accurately and in compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines using advanced electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to design comprehensive treatment plans that reflect individual goals, cultural considerations, and clinical best practices.
• Act as a vital link between patients and external treatment providers, coordinating referrals and ensuring continuity of care.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to interns or junior clinicians, enhancing the development of clinical skills within the team.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and contribute to team training sessions as directed by clinical supervisors.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
