In your role as an LMFT, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Document clinical encounters and treatment interventions using our secure electronic health record system, adhering to established best practices for client confidentiality and data security.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and share insights on treatment methodologies.

This position is designed to support a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral disorders. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
