As an LCSW at Growth Revive Therapeutics, you will assume a range of critical responsibilities aimed at promoting clients' recovery and mental health. Your key tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique needs, subsequently designing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges and goals.
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients develop coping strategies and achieve sustainable recovery.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations, safeguarding client confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and social workers to provide holistic care that addresses both mental health and substance use disorder.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to promote an ongoing dialogue about care strategies and to enhance the quality of treatment.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, recovery processes, and available community resources.
• Staying informed about new research and developments in the mental health and addiction fields, integrating relevant findings into practice to improve client outcomes continuously.

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population experiencing challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. Many clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other co-occurring issues alongside addiction. Your empathy and understanding will be crucial as you guide them toward healthier coping mechanisms and improved quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, underscoring your commitment to academic excellence and professional standards.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state, affirming your qualifications and dedication to the field.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working in mental health, particularly in settings focused on addiction recovery.
• Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to tailor your approaches to individual client needs effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport with clients and foster a trustworthy therapeutic alliance.

• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting, particularly with clients undergoing substance withdrawal.
