• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to establish a clear understanding of each client’s mental health concerns, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.

The clients you will serve at Prime Therapist Counseling Center represent a diverse spectrum of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational issues. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to balance clinical responsibilities and administrative tasks effectively.

While we encourage applicants from various backgrounds, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth services, particularly those who have successfully engaged clients in virtual therapy sessions. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation standards specific to telehealth practices is advantageous.
