• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and specific needs, ensuring an individualized approach to therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the goals of our clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies that reflect best practices in the field.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing solution-focused techniques and therapeutic approaches to guide them through their challenges.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions via telehealth technology, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for all clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, demonstrating compassion and professionalism under challenging circumstances.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with emerging mental health research and industry standards, enhancing the quality of care delivered to clients.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with fellow team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for handling diverse caseloads efficiently.

• Previous experience in a counseling setting, particularly with adult clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual service delivery.
• Experience using a variety of therapeutic techniques and tools to promote client outcomes.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual compensation of USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on caseload and experience.
