Performance Management & Analytics Define and track key performance indicators including days to first visit, visits per claim, RTW timelines and outcomes, and re-injury rates.  Partner with analytics and clinical ops to build transparent reporting and insights for internal teams and external partners.  Use data to drive continuous improvement and differentiate ATI's value proposition across all three channels.

Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Clinical Operations to ensure standardized protocols, documentation, and training aligned to best practices.  Partner with Marketing to strengthen ATI's value story and employer-facing messaging.  Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to state-specific laws and regulations.
