DescriptionThe Auto Administrative Unit Associate is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and customer support for auto claims and estimating operations. This role assists with workflow coordination, documentation management, claim file maintenance, communication support, scheduling activities, and operational tracking to ensure efficient processing of auto claims and estimating services.
The Auto Administrative Unit Associate works closely with adjusters, estimators, team leads, supervisors, carrier clients, vendors, repair facilities, and operational departments to support workflow efficiency, customer service excellence, and compliance with company and client requirements.

- Provide administrative and operational support for auto claims and estimating operations
- Assist with claim file setup, assignment coordination, status updates, and workflow tracking activities
- Maintain accurate records, claim documentation, correspondence, and operational reports
- Monitor workflow queues, pending assignments, and operational deadlines to support timely claim handling
- Communicate with customers, repair facilities, vendors, carrier clients, and internal departments regarding claim status and operational requests
- Assist with estimate processing, supplement documentation, repair coordination, and administrative follow-up activities
- Review claim documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with operational procedures
- Respond to customer and operational inquiries professionally and timely
- Escalate workflow concerns, service issues, or operational delays to leadership as appropriate
- Support compliance with company policies, carrier guidelines, client requirements, and data security standards
- Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, customer, client, and operational information
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Operations, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, insurance operations, claims support, or related operational environments preferred
- Experience working with documentation management, workflow tracking, scheduling, or operational support activities preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Preferred Education and Experience- Experience supporting auto claims, estimating, appraisal, or insurance operations preferred
- Familiarity with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar claims and estimating platforms preferred
- Experience working with carrier clients, repair facilities, or insurance service organizations preferred
- Experience supporting high-volume operational environments preferred

Good-Faith Estimate (including bonus or commission)The posted compensation range represents an estimate and may include both base salary and variable components such as commission and performance-based bonuses. Total compensation will ultimately be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
