About the Role
Were hiring a Remote Sales Team Member to help customers secure the right coverage across auto, homeowners, and life insurance. Youll guide customers through quotes, explain policy options clearly, and convert leads into active policieswhile providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
What Youll Do
  • Contact inbound leads and/or assigned prospects via phone and/or digital channels
  • Gather customer information and generate accurate quotes for:
    • Auto insurance
    • Homeowners insurance
    • Life insurance
  • Explain coverage, deductibles, limits, underwriting basics, and available discounts in plain language
  • Recommend suitable options based on customer needs and company guidelines
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM and follow established sales workflows
  • Manage applications, required documents, and next steps to help policies get issued smoothly
  • Answer customer questions, handle objections, and support retention efforts
  • Meet or exceed sales activity and/or enrollment targets
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • Strong communication and sales skills (phone and virtual communication)
  • Ability to learn insurance products quickly and explain them clearly
  • Comfortable working toward goals in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup
  • Ability to work independently and follow process
