• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to explore their feelings and develop constructive coping strategies.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that address specific family dynamics, relationship challenges, and personal emotional struggles.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assist clients dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, life transitions, and end-of-life planning.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients identify patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, guiding them toward healthier outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and support staff to ensure coordinated care, attending regular team meetings to review patient progress and treatment strategies.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with individuals and families navigating complex emotional landscapes. Our clients often seek help for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and other psychological distress. Your role will be pivotal in helping them uncover underlying issues and foster personal growth, resilience, and improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting within the last five years, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency with telemedicine technology and a willingness to adapt to new platforms to enhance client interactions.
• Comprehensive understanding of therapeutic principles, treatment methodologies, and counseling techniques geared toward individuals and families.

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with virtual care platforms.
• Background in working with vulnerable populations, including those facing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
• Knowledge of innovative therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
