• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions on a virtual platform, utilizing telehealth technologies to enhance accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, using evidence-based practices to track and assess progress.
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and practical strategies to assist clients in overcoming challenges related to mental health, behavioral issues, and life transitions.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nutritionists, as needed to provide holistic care that aligns with the clients’ overall wellness strategies.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards of practice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks while adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and client respect.
• Engage in professional development by staying informed about the latest trends, therapeutic techniques, and regulations in mental health counseling.

Your primary clientele will consist of individuals from various backgrounds—ranging from adolescents to seniors—who may be grappling with a multitude of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life stressors. You will foster an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity, ensuring culturally sensitive practices to meet the unique addiction and mental health needs of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
• A commitment to working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment while independently managing a caseload.
• Experience with diverse populations is preferred, as well as cultural sensitivity in addressing the unique complexities of client backgrounds.

• At least two years of post-master's clinical experience in a counseling or therapy role.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or specialized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
