Responsibilities
  • Distribute benefit enrollment materials and assist with determining eligibility.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments with clients.
  • Handle incoming client and customer service inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to client calls and follow-up requests.
  • Assist clients with coverage requests while keeping their individual needs and interests in mind.
  • Use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain available coverage options.
  • Maintain accurate client information and enrollment documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training with management to stay informed about products, services, policies, and procedures.
