• Conduct virtual counseling sessions focused on the individual needs of clients, using video chat to facilitate a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the client’s personal goals and needs, continuously adapting such plans in response to their progress.
• Encourage clients to explore and gain insight into their feelings, thoughts, and relationships to foster self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress diligently throughout the treatment process, addressing any obstacles and helping clients cultivate effective coping mechanisms for mental health challenges.

Our counselors work with a diverse patient population, providing support for varying mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

While the minimum requirement is a Master’s degree and LPC licensure, candidates with additional specializations in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or other therapeutic modalities are highly desirable.
