Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults grappling with a spectrum of emotional and behavioral disorders, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Through our evidence-based programming, you will support clients in navigating their challenges while empowering them to develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications
  • A valid LPC license in your respective state of practice.

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in providing mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practices and a commitment to client care.

  • A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in telehealth services is highly advantageous, particularly familiarity with video conferencing platforms and virtual therapeutic methodologies. Additional training in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) will be provided for those treating clients at elevated risk for suicide.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You are also given the flexibility to choose between W2 or 1099 employment structures based on your preferences and state requirements.
