Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Input 1 and gotoPremiumFinance are hiring a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to manage our social presence and create content across writing, graphics, and video. You'll blend strategy with hands-on production to connect with insurance industry audiences.

What You'll Do
  • Manage social channels across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit
  • Create social copy, blogs, graphics, and short-form video content
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
  • Track performance metrics and use data to refine strategy
  • Support executive and sales team social accounts
  • Capture and produce content at industry events and conferences
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years managing B2B or corporate social media accounts with measurable results
  • Strong copywriting skills across both short-form and long-form content
  • Proficiency with professional creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or DaVinci Resolve
  • Experience with paid social ad platforms and campaign management
Nice to Have
  • Background in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or SaaS
  • Experience editing short-form video for digital platforms
