• Conduct and document therapy sessions with adult clients through online video platforms.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide effective treatment tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, session notes, and treatment plans in compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in case reviews, supervision meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Xenial Healthcare, you will primarily work with adults dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathy and professionalism will play a significant role in building a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients, which is essential for effective treatment and client outcomes.

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A clear, active professional reputation with no disciplinary actions taken against you by any licensing board.
• Strong writing abilities for clear documentation, including session notes and treatment plans.

• At least two years of hands-on experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a sensitivity to the cultural factors influencing mental health.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
• Potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
