This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through secure video sessions. You will utilize a robust digital platform for scheduling, documentation, and real-time communication, ensuring that you can provide high-quality care without the constraints of a physical office. • Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments with new clients to evaluate their symptoms, functioning, and daily habits, promoting a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic programs that integrate seamlessly into the clients' daily lives, ensuring that interventions are practical and engaging.
• Provide ongoing support through our digital platform, which includes offering real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and adjustments to treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
• Track client progress using engagement data and regular clinical assessments to continuously refine care plans, ensuring that individual goals are met effectively.
• Celebrate client successes and collaboratively address barriers to engagement, fostering a positive and motivating therapeutic environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards to ensure quality and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in case reviews, team meetings, and training opportunities.

The primary clientele for this position will be students in a school setting, predominantly facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will play a crucial role in guiding these young individuals through their mental health journeys, helping them to develop coping strategies and resilience. By working remotely, you will have the opportunity to reach and support clients in a comfortable environment, ensuring they feel safe during therapy.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Currently licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW or equivalent) in good standing within the state of Missouri.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is essential, providing a robust foundation in psychotherapy and social work practices.
• Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and teletherapy platforms is necessary, with a commitment to embracing technology in clinical practice.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members are mandatory.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of reliability and motivation.

• Experience with simulation-based education methodologies is highly desired.
• Previous experience in providing clinical supervision is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of higher education and involvement in social work education may be beneficial.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
