• Conduct patient assessments through video-based encounters, ensuring a safe and empathetic space during individual teletherapy sessions.
• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, synthesizing patient medical data—including health history and mental status examination findings—to develop actionable insights.
• Design and implement individualized behavioral health treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based support to inform therapeutic choices and enhance patient outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing mental health assessments and adapt treatment strategies in accordance with patient progress.
• Collect, document, and securely maintain sensitive patient information, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and the integrity of electronic patient records.
• Commit to professional development by engaging in continuing education and staying abreast of the latest evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

Our licensed mental health therapists work with a diverse patient population across various age groups and backgrounds. By adopting a holistic approach to care, you will collaborate with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and lifestyle-related stress. Your role will be crucial in fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower patients to navigate their mental health journey effectively.

• A valid Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using electronic clinical systems and maintaining electronic health records (EHR).
• Commitment to continuous learning and applying evidence-based practices in therapy.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to better serve a broader client base.
• Experience with virtual therapy platforms and remote engagement strategies.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, with potential for additional earnings through a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our robust benefits package features:
