• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, ensuring an ethical and compassionate approach tailored to their needs.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate individual therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to address the unique mental health needs and goals of each client.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and assessment of client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
• Empower clients by offering insights into their feelings, thoughts, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

The clients you will be working with are stable, low-acuity adults, offering a unique opportunity to assist them in managing their mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each with their own stories and mental health needs. Your role will significantly impact their capacity to develop healthy coping mechanisms and enhance their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that qualifies you to work independently. We welcome Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).
• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to promote trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficient computer literacy with the ability to navigate software for scheduling, documentation, and teletherapy.
• A computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for remote video sessions and a reliable internet connection.

• Two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating the ability to utilize diverse therapeutic modalities effectively.
• Experience working with adult populations and familiar with addressing various mental health issues.
• A strong track record of maintaining ethical standards in practice and the ability to work in a remote capacity.
