Responsibilities:
- Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identity verification.
- Ask and assess a defined set of Modern Slavery and vetting -related questions during candidate interviews.
- Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidate assessments.
- Ensure all checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment and compliance regulations.
- Meet clear productivity targets (calls per hour/day /week) while maintaining high quality standards.
- Provide structured and continuous feedback to improve AI tools and verification processes.
- Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies detected during candidate checks.
- Work independently in a fully remote environment.
A successful candidate will have:
- High level of digital literacy and confidence working with computers, software, and AI-based tools
- Comfort working with repetitive tasks and performance-based targets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently
