This fully remote position provides you the autonomy to create your own workspace while collaborating with a network of over 10,000 therapists. You will have access to a state-of-the-art digital platform that facilitates communication with your clients through audio and video calls, journal activities, and real-time tracking of progress. Reliable internet is essential to ensure seamless interactions and continuity of care.

As a Remote LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Utilizing our platform to engage with clients through various modalities, including video conferencing, messaging, and goal-setting features.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Providing education and resources to clients regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and symptom management.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

You will primarily serve a demographic of stable, low-acuity adults who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, grief, and other life transitions. Our platform ensures that clients are pre-screened, allowing you to focus your expertise on those whose needs align with your therapeutic approach, without the pressure of working with children or severe mental health cases.

We seek professionals who meet the following criteria:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, full independent LCSW license in Pennsylvania, free of disciplinary actions.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop suitable for telehealth delivery (tablets are not permitted).

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, we particularly value those with previous telehealth experience or a demonstrated ability to successfully engage with clients through digital platforms. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and teletherapy practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on the number of hours worked and experience level. In addition to a competitive salary:
