• Engage in ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via secure video chat.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring effective interventions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and consistent client feedback.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and relationships, fostering greater self-awareness and personal growth.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows independent practice (LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) without supervision.
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have a clear professional background without disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, combined with a deep understanding of various counseling techniques.
• Strong computer literacy and reliable internet connection, alongside a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for online sessions.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling role or teletherapy is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and adapt techniques to meet individual client needs.
• Experience with solution-focused therapies and an understanding of various mental health challenges facing adult populations.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on working hours and experience level. Additional benefits include:
