Application Support Specialist (Security Systems) – RemoteOverview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level security applications across global client environments. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and performance of integrated systems such as access control, video surveillance, and other security technologies while delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a fully remote position, providing the flexibility to work from home with company-provided equipment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for application and system issues to minimize downtime
  • Support and maintain enterprise security platforms, including access control and video management systems
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality across customer environments
  • Manage incidents through ticketing systems and follow structured incident response processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and performance optimization

Pay and Benefits
