This role ensures that the company can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy, alignment, or launch readinesseliminating gaps, missed details, and last-minute breakdowns.


Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Product & Marketing Operations who is PMP-certified to drive end-to-end execution across new product development and marketing initiatives at Bask & Lather Co. This role owns the successful delivery of cross-functional programsfrom concept through launchensuring alignment, speed, and operational excellence across the business.

This is not a traditional project management role. This is a high-accountability execution leadership role responsible for ensuring that products launch seamlessly, campaigns execute without error, and teams operate with clarity, structure, and discipline.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product development (NPD) and integrated marketing execution, with the ability to lead across Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, Social, E-commerce, and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Ownership (Product + Campaigns)

  • Own execution for:
    • New product development (concept formulation packaging launch)
    • Marketing campaigns (sales, seasonal launches, partnerships, retail activations)
  • Proactively manage projects end-to-end, identifying risks early and escalating when necessary with clear solutions
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard

2. New Product Development (NPD) Execution

  • Manage full NPD lifecycle:
    • Concept and kickoff
    • R&D and formulation coordination
    • Packaging development
    • Labeling, claims, and compliance
    • Sampling, testing, and approvals
    • Launch readiness
  • Ensure all SKUs, variants, and components are fully scoped from the start
  • Coordinate across R&D, Ops, Supply Chain, Brand, and manufacturers

3. Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Manage execution of:
    • Sales campaigns
    • Retail launches and activations
    • TV segments, influencer campaigns, and partnerships
  • Ensure all assets, timelines, and deliverables are aligned across channels
  • Coordinate with Social, Brand, E-commerce, and external partners

4. Structured Project Kickoff & Scope Definition

  • Lead formal kickoff for every project
  • Ensure full scope is defined upfront:
    • All SKUs
    • All deliverables and assets
    • All timelines and dependencies
  • Validate scope with stakeholders before execution begins
  • Prevent gaps such as missing SKUs or incomplete deliverables

5. Timeline & Critical Path Management

  • Build and maintain detailed timelines in Monday.com
  • Manage critical path across product development and campaigns
  • Track dependencies and ensure alignment across teams
  • Ensure deadlines are met without last-minute issues

6. Retail & Launch Readiness

  • Ensure products and campaigns are fully launch-ready across:
    • DTC
    • Retail
    • Media
  • Confirm all requirements are completed before launch:
    • Packaging, labeling, compliance
    • Assets and approvals
    • Operational readiness

7. Risk Management & Proactive Problem Solving

  • Identify risks early across all projects
  • Communicate issues before deadlines are impacted
  • Present solutions and recovery plans
  • Prevent execution breakdowns and last-minute scrambling

8. Execution Accuracy & Attention to Detail

  • Ensure accuracy in:
    • Dates and timelines
    • Asset naming and organization
    • Campaign details and logistics
    • Product scope and SKUs
  • Maintain zero-assumption execution across all work

9. Asset & Deliverable Coordination

  • Track all creative and product assets (video, photo, copy, packaging)
  • Ensure assets are reviewed, approved, and submitted correctly
  • Manage final approvals before external submissions

10. Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication

  • Coordinate across:
    • Brand & Marketing
    • Social Media
    • E-commerce
    • Operations & Supply Chain
    • External vendors and partners
  • Ensure all stakeholders have clear deliverables, timelines, and expectations
  • Maintain clear, organized communication and documentation


Qualifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification REQUIRED
  • 47+ years of project management experience in fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end new product development and marketing execution
  • Experience in beauty, CPG, or e-commerce preferred
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners
  • Strong proficiency in Project Management tools (Monday.com preferred)
