Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, providing unparalleled flexibility to you as a mental health professional. You will conduct appointments via secure video conferencing and messaging through our Simple Practice platform, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health status and needs.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual goals and therapeutic strategies.
• Provide individual, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions through our telehealth platform.
• Utilize evidence-based methods and therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth and well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment notes.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and improve your therapeutic skills.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to ensure quality of care and professional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Strong treatment planning and mental health counseling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable with conducting therapy sessions virtually via video conferencing.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a remote or telehealth client base.
• Prior knowledge of using Simple Practice or similar telehealth platforms, which can accelerate your integration into our system.
