This position is entirely remote, allowing you the freedom to work from any location with internet access. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other relevant techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes using our proprietary clinical management software.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to develop best practices and share insights, ensuring a holistic and integrative approach to patient care.
• Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals, while also addressing any barriers they may face during their therapeutic journey.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Our clientele includes adults of varying backgrounds seeking support for a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic standings, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of applied clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to adult populations.
• Proven proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Excellent written communication skills for meticulous documentation and treatment planning.
• A clear professional record, free from disciplinary actions by any licensing board.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with clinical software and telehealth platforms enhances operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team can enrich the therapeutic process.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or other specialized therapeutic techniques is highly valued.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
