This is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an outpatient facility, we provide a safe and supportive virtual space for therapists and clients alike. You will use a secure telehealth platform designed for ease of use, allowing you to manage your schedule, conduct therapy sessions, and provide quality care without the hassles of traditional office work.

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing, ensuring a compassionate and therapeutic environment.
• Evaluate and diagnose a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, grief, depression, and stress-related disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients, helping them develop effective coping strategies and decision-making skills.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share insights and resources, ultimately enhancing client care.
• All administrative tasks, including scheduling and billing, are handled by the organization to minimize your workload and enhance your focus on client care.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults who have low to moderate acuity mental health needs. Clients are carefully pre-screened for their suitability for telehealth services, ensuring that you engage with individuals who are ready to embark on their mental health journey in a supportive virtual setting.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current independent licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory.
• Strong computer literacy skills are essential for utilizing our telehealth platform and managing client records.

• Experience in providing mental health counseling in a telehealth or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to assess client needs and deliver empathetic support.

• Annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your professional experience and caseload.
