This position is fully remote, combining the advantages of telehealth with a human-centered approach to therapy. Our therapists utilize a state-of-the-art telehealth platform designed for ease of use, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status, using a variety of standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, drawing from evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions via video conferencing, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions accurately, maintain client confidentiality, and monitor progress.
• Participate in regular professional development opportunities to remain up-to-date on the latest mental health research and techniques.
• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies when necessary to provide holistic care, reinforcing a team approach to client wellness.

Your client base will include diverse individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Valid California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of professional mental health counseling experience.
• Expertise in applying evidence-based therapeutic practices and familiarity with EHR software is highly preferred.

• Experience providing telehealth counseling services preferred, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of current mental health trends, theories, and best practices, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey therapeutic concepts effectively.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
