• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored, recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling services primarily through video conferencing, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment strategies in collaboration with clients, ensuring that care remains person-centered.
• Assist clients in developing practical skills, including coping mechanisms, communication techniques, and problem-solving strategies.
• Educate and advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources, ensuring holistic support for mental and physical health needs.
• Facilitate life skills training covering areas like financial management, daily living skills, and accessing necessary social services.

The focus of this role is on supporting adults who may struggle with mental health disorders that limit their ability to engage in daily life and maintain independence. Your expertise will empower clients to overcome these obstacles, navigate their journeys towards stability, and engage meaningfully within their communities.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current, unrestricted LPC licensure from the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
• Three years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in delivering direct mental health services.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
• Ability to work independently, without supervision, while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
