Job description

The role:

You'll be creating video content with our equipment for the agency as well as a handful of clients. From short form content to longer brand videos, testimonials and campaign assets.

You'll work directly with our Creative Director to understand what the content needs to accomplish before getting started, taking into account the platform and audience.

We want proven experience, to hear what you have to say, not just create for the sake of creating, your point of view on what you think will work and speak out on it.

What you'll do:
  • Plan, set up and execute video shoots on site in Houston (some travel).
  • Operate equipment independently.
  • Edit footage into platform ready content, short and long form.
  • Manage raw footage, project files and final asset libraries.
  • Collaborate remotely with our Creative Director and Creative Team on direction and feedback.
  • Stay current on social content formats and be proactive about content ideas.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Able to self manage projects and deadlines remotely without constant or close oversight
  • Be based in Houston, TX and be available for on site shoots as scheduled.
  • Proven experience.
  • Availability to travel for shoots.
Not required but a plus:
  • Experience in multi client agency environments
  • Motion graphic design
  • Drone operation
