• Support internal enablement by creating post templates and prompts for Huron leaders and teams to increase employee advocacy on social.
• Understand and apply the principles of audience targeting, content personalization, and customer journey alignment.
• Align content with the full funnel of brand building, from awareness through engagement to conversion, supporting Huron's position as a strategic advisor across industries and capabilities.
• Bring YouTube-specific knowledge to day-to-day content decisions, including channel structure, format choices, and platform best practices, laying the groundwork to take on broader YouTube channel strategy and growth ownership as the role expands in 2027.

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment (agency or in-house preferred).
• B2B experience preferred, professional services exposure a plus.
Skills & Competencies
• Showcase creative and strategic thinking through a curated portfolio of past work (personal or professional), highlighting visual storytelling, brand engagement, and channel growth across social platforms.
