Job description

About Us

At Office Ally, we've been revolutionizing healthcare administration since our inception. What started as a clearinghouse focused on simplifying insurance claims processing for healthcare providers has grown into a full-suite healthcare technology company. We offer a range of affordable, cloud-based revenue cycle management solutions โ€“from eligibility verification and claims management to revenue recovery and payment processing โ€“that help healthcare organizations of all sizes streamline operations and reduce administrative burdens so they can focus on what matters most: patient care.

In April 2026, Office Ally acquired Jopari Solutions, Inc, a leader in straight-through electronic claims processing for Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial, and Government healthcare. Jopari brings deep industry expertise and innovative enterprise payment solutions that are transforming how disbursements are handled across the insurance ecosystem. Together, we are expanding our capabilities across the full healthcare transaction lifecycle, connecting claims, payments, and data exchange to deliver a more seamless and efficient experience for providers, payers, and partners.

At the core of our company are four key values that guide our mission and work:

  • Ownership: We take pride in our responsibilities, driving results and taking accountability for the success of our projects.
  • Empowerment: We believe in giving our team the autonomy and support to make decisions that lead to innovative solutions.
  • Innovation: We continuously seek new and better ways to improve healthcare administration, embracing creativity and forward-thinking technology.
  • Transparent Communication: Open, honest communication is at the heart of our collaborations, internally and with our clients, ensuring alignment and trust.

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Payer Sales to join our growing enterprise sales organization. A Regional Vice President of Payer Sales at Office Ally builds and expands strategic relationships with commercial and government health plans, selling the only fully integrated end-to-end payer platform in the clearinghouse space โ€” combining claims infrastructure, clinical data exchange, electronic attachments, and modern payment rails under one roof to improve operational efficiency, and meet evolving regulatory requirements such as CMS-0057-F and CMS-0053-F.

With the acquisition of Jopari Solutions, this role brings to market modern payment rails โ€” including ACH, virtual credit cards, and checks โ€” alongside deep payer integrations and one of the industry's broadest healthcare transaction networks, connecting 2.9 million providers and 60% of the nation's top commercial health plans.

This is an enterprise sales role requiring deep health plan relationships and experience navigating complex payer procurement cycles. The ideal candidate brings a track record of closing strategic deals with commercial and government health plans, understands the interplay between clearinghouse operations, payment modernization, and compliance mandates, and is motivated by an early-mover opportunity in one of the most significant regulatory-driven sales cycles in healthcare in a decade.

By partnering with payers, the Regional Vice President of Payer Sales drives payment modernization, accelerates regulatory readiness, and enables more efficient, connected provider and patient experiences โ€” representing one of the most compelling go-to-market opportunities in healthcare today.

This is a remote position supporting a sales territory across the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new logo acquisition within the payer/health plan space, driving overall account strategy, execution, and revenue growth.
  • Manage complex, long-cycle sales opportunities from discovery through close.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified health plan prospects, while tracking all activity in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to support business objectives and drive seamless execution of sales initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience within healthcare, with specific experience in selling to health plans/payers, clearinghouse, and EDI solutions.
  • Proven track record of success selling complex, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Established and active sales network within the health plan/payer, clearinghouse, and EDI ecosystem.
  • Sales-related certifications or formal sales training (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN, or similar).

Travel Requirements

  • This role requires up to 30% travel, which may include client meetings, team gatherings, or company events, and attendance at industry tradeshows.
  • Travel will typically be scheduled in advance and supported by the company.

Pay Transparency

Office Ally is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices in alignment with pay transparency laws. Compensation for this position may vary based on individual skills, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and other benefits. Actual compensation will be determined considering the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.

Office Ally Pay Transparency
$145,000โ€”$175,000 USD

Why You'll Love Working at Office Ally

At Office Ally, your work has a direct impact on healthcare providers and their ability to deliver exceptional care. We're driven by a mission to simplify healthcare administration, making it easier for providers to focus on what they do bestโ€”helping patients. As an Office Ally employee, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to deliver exceptional service and software solutions to our clients in the healthcare space.
