Job description

Associate Vice President of Sales and Business Development – Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)

Location: Remote

Travel: 25% + (Americas)  


Who we are looking for:

The Tech Mahindra sales team is growing and hiring a, Associate VP of CCaaS Sales who has the knowledge, expertise, and passion around contact centers and/or consulting sales. We are looking for a hungry go-getter who has experience selling services specifically CCaaS and AI with enterprise Clients. As a key member of the Tech Mahindra sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, developing new clients across a variety of industries, and owning your book of business.  You will be responsible for driving proposal creation, proposal strategy, presentations, and overall client relationship strategy.  You will participate in conferences and industry events.  This is a hands-on sales role where the primary function is to generate new logos as well as some farming of existing accounts. 


Qualifications for success:

  • 5 or more years of CCaaS sales experience for the call center industry
  • Enterprise sales experience (contact center size 1000+ agent/seats)
  • Experience in selling consulting or professional
  • Must have experience selling 2M dollars plus deals (total contract value)
  • Understanding of CCaaS space and key competitors in the marketplace
  • Experience pricing deals and working with the organization to structure deals
  • RFP and RFI experience
  • MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint (well versed in crafting presentation slide decks and delivering presentations)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% + to engage with current Clients and perspective Clients
  • Vertical preferences healthcare, telecom, financial services, insurance, and retail

Applicants can expect to make between $185,000 to $220,000 upon hire with an uncapped OTE (this position is eligible for commissions per the sales commission plan). Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description.
