Position Overview / Purpose
The Vice President of Product Management is the enterprise leader responsible for defining and executing Sycle's product strategy across its SaaS-based practice management platform for hearing healthcare providers.
This role owns the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring Sycle delivers a differentiated, scalable, and market-leading solution that drives customer value, multi-million dollar revenue growth, and long-term competitive advantage.
The VP of Product Management will lead Sycle through a critical phase of growth and transformation, including:
  • Scaling the product organisation, processes, and capabilities to support a ~120-person company entering its next stage of growth
  • Building and developing a high-performing, geographically distributed Product Management and UX organisation
  • Driving innovation in practice management and EHR-adjacent capabilities
  • Leading the integration of GenAI and emerging technologies into both product experience and product development workflows

This leader will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering closely with the President and executive team while effectively leading teams and stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.
Key Accountabilities
1. Market Knowledge, Insights & External Engagement
  • Develop deep expertise in the hearing healthcare ecosystem, including private practice workflows, EHR/practice management systems, and regulatory environments in the US (and ideally Canada)
  • Monitor competitor platforms, emerging health tech trends, and AI-driven innovation shaping the industry
  • Analyse reimbursement models, clinic economics, and operational workflows to identify product opportunities
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry leaders to inform product direction
  • Translate market, regulatory, and technology trends into actionable product strategy

2. Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
  • Define and maintain a cohesive, multi-year product vision and roadmap for Sycle's platform
  • Ensure prioritisation balances customer impact, revenue growth, scalability, and technical sustainability
