In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-screened clients within your preferred demographic. Key tasks include:

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.
• Independently scheduling appointments and managing your client calendar to maintain an organized workflow.

• Engaging in regular supervision meetings with peers to discuss cases and share strategies for clinical improvement.

Your work will specifically support veterans who have been pre-screened to ensure they are stable and ready to engage in therapeutic processes. • Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Please note that we are unable to accept interns or those requiring supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

While not mandatory, experience in working with veteran populations, trauma-informed care methodologies, or familiarity with community mental health settings will enhance your application.
