Digital Signal Processing Software Engineer
The Opportunity:
Develop full-stack software applications that integrate digital signal processing algorithms and RF theory techniques. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with software development languages, including Python, C, or C++
  • Experience with containerization using tools such as Docker
  • Experience using Agile processes and tools, including Jira or Confluence
  • Experience using version control, including GitHub
  • Ability to work in a team environment to brainstorm and innovate new ideas
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with firmware development languages such as VHDL, Verilog, or CoreFire
  • Experience with machine learning packages and building and testing neural network architectures using TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
