Location:  Remote (WA, TX, IL, MI, OK)

Compensation: $22.00–$25.00/hour DOE

Schedule Options (Full-Time):

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Thursday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM

Candidates must be open to either schedule based on business needs.

About the Role:

Dubin Law Group is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help after an injury.

This role is highly phone-focused. Successful candidates typically come from legal intake, call centers, contact centers, medical scheduling, admissions, collections, customer support, or other high-volume inbound and outbound calling environments.

You will speak with potential clients, gather critical case information, document conversations accurately, and help guide clients through the intake process with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from potential clients seeking legal assistance
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to gather information and move cases forward
  • Accurately document conversations and case details within the firm's intake system
  • Review missed calls and promptly follow up with potential clients
  • Communicate with clients through phone, text, and email
  • Send intake documents and agreements as needed
  • Identify urgent or high-priority cases and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain detailed notes and organized records
  • Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with attorneys, intake leadership, and support staff
  • Follow established intake procedures and documentation standards

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume phone-based role
  • Experience handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems
