• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the complexities of clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and define appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed, ensuring client safety through effective safety planning.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, reflecting each client’s progress and treatment strategies.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience of our clients.

As an LMFT, you will support a diverse clientele, working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with their varying mental health needs. This may include those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, ensuring each client receives personalized care reflective of their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health services, preferably in an outpatient context.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and skills in crisis intervention.
