Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Utilize specific therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to advance client healing and growth.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions that facilitate the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate client care and address holistic needs.
• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans as necessary for clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client information is securely managed.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance therapeutic experiences and community connections for clients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
