The Three Rivers Mental Health Clinic is seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) for full-time positions aimed at empowering children and families facing developmental and intellectual challenges. This is a fully remote position, giving therapists the flexibility to manage their schedules while providing essential support. Our outpatient office setting allows for a structured yet adaptable workflow, where therapists can engage with clients through individual therapy sessions or group meetings online. Communication and collaboration within our multidisciplinary team ensure cohesive support for our clients and their families.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Assist clients in reducing high-risk behaviors, such as self-injurious behavior (SIB) and aggression, by implementing evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual.
• Enhance decision-making capabilities for both children and caregivers to navigate and mitigate in-home behavioral challenges effectively.
• Work closely with the Child Family Treatment Team and other specialists to develop and implement integrated care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to compliance guidelines and submission timelines.
• Participate actively in regular team meetings, collaborating with peers to improve therapeutic strategies and outcomes.

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents aged 3-20 who are facing developmental disabilities and intellectual concerns. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, providing therapy that addresses specific behavioral and emotional needs while promoting family involvement and support.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
• Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week, primarily after school hours between 4-7 pm, with opportunities for weekend work if desired.
• Experience in positive behavior support strategies and interventions.

• Prior direct experience working with children aged 3-20, especially those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Demonstrated ability to foster therapeutic relationships and effective communication with families.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle for any client-related activities.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.

The annual salary for this position is competitive, falling within the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer an attractive benefits package, which includes:
