• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including crisis intervention and behavioral guidelines.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdepartmental teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that foster client growth and development.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training and conferences, enhancing your expertise in mental health practices.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of our service delivery.
• Establish and nurture relationships with external service systems and community partners to optimize care for our clients.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to ensure effective patient assessment and treatment.
• Promote the agency’s mission and values through community engagement and client advocacy.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

In this role, you will work with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and those requiring developmental support. The clients may vary in age and background, providing a rich tapestry of experiences and needs. Your role will be crucial in supporting their journey towards stability, recovery, and empowerment through focused therapeutic intervention.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Must hold an independent LMHC license as recognized by the state board.
• Proficient in maintaining clinical records and preparing necessary reports, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to holistic patient care.
• Excellent communication skills to express ideas clearly and effectively.
• Judgment and decisiveness in making clinical decisions based on professional knowledge and experience.

• Previous experience providing telehealth or remote counseling services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
• Experience in working collaboratively with community resources and agencies.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in mental health service delivery.
