• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups in various settings.
• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather vital social, personal, environmental, and health-related information to inform treatment plans.
• Assess issues within the scope of practice, utilizing established methodologies and evidence-based interventions.
• Design and implement programs and activities that cater to clients' emotional and social needs, ensuring comprehensive support.
• Facilitate interventions that address cognitive, affective, and behavioral health needs, including crisis resolution strategies and referrals to community resources.
• Build and maintain respectful and trusting relationships with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting approaches as necessary to enhance client outcomes.
• Document all case notes and treatment plans comprehensively in client records, adhering to confidentiality and organizational protocols.
• Maintain an appropriate caseload that aligns with established guidelines, ensuring timely documentation and service delivery.
• Provide individual clinical counseling tailored to client needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

The LCSW will work with a diverse client population, which may include individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief or loss issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.

• Experience in counseling clients with behavioral and mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, mood disorders, addiction, family therapy, and grief counseling.

• Experience in utilizing trauma-informed care approaches.
• Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and client documentation systems.
• Proven ability to engage in community outreach and resource identification.
• Demonstrated skill in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
