• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources for effective treatment.
• Provide therapy sessions—individual, family, and group—utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that clearly outline client goals, interventions, and methods for progress evaluation.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment planning.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans as required to safeguard client well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accessibility for other professionals involved in client care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to nurture a community of healing among clients.

This role entails working with a culturally diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families navigating various mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a focus on compassionate care.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a commitment to client-centered care.
