• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Evaluate clients' progress through ongoing assessments and modify treatment plans to ensure effective interventions.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with social workers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals, promoting integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting therapy sessions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
